This anthology of ballads, songs and poems has been collected from various sources around Co Tipperary and are mostly no longer within the traditional singing repertoire.
As well as their lyrics, this volume contains notes on provenance, details on the history and folklore associated with these songs as well as notes on how to sing them.

Lost Songs of Tipperary is the work of Bill O’Brien, host of the Lost Songs of Ireland Podcast which reconstructs and revives old lost and forgotten ballads from around Ireland while telling their stories and cultural contexts and is available on most major streaming platforms.
